We offer technical assistance service to all our clients, from 07:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (GTM -5) from Monday to Friday, using the TeamViewer 13 software for remote assistance from and to any part of the world, decreasing the response time to our customers.
For communication with our customers, we have a large working group trained in each of the modules of our products. We use Skype software as a means of communication, through which we can have text communication (chat), voice communication (conference with more than one person), video conference and file transfer.
