SAHICO Software «Clinical Oncology History Management System» is developed in Delphi 7.0 Enterprise, in a Client / Server environment; operates in its client component under the Windows operating system, using the potential of the graphics environment and the different aids available to make the interface with the end user more efficient and pleasant, and in its server component it works with the Windows Server operating system with an engine of database Firebird 2.5. It has a log of access and security on the changes made in the information, in addition to the centralization and integration of the databases (Clinical History, Multimedia, Inventory Management, Billing, Treasury, Accounting, IFRS, among others). It also has specialized modules for oncology, through which medical specialists can register all the variables for the High-Cost Account in your Cancer Report, Generation of the Diagnosis Status, Formulation of Chemotherapy Protocols, Application Registry of Chemotherapies, Registry of Application of Radiotherapies, Application Registry of Brachytherapies, Myelograms and Biopsies.

SIISA 1.0 is based on the technological renovation of the SAHICO 2.0 product.
With advances aimed at mobile devices, web environment, emergencies, pediatric care units, mixer stations, hemodynamic units, among others. This solution will allow, like SAHICO 2.0, the integration of the current databases. (Clinical History, Multimedia, Pharmacy, Billing, Accounting, among others.) For which we involve all the processes (Assistance, Administrative, Accounting, and Financial) of the IPS in a single software and in a single database, avoiding the realization of interfaces between the modules.
Technical characteristics
It is a multiplatform product available to be installed on Windows, Linux, MacOS and Solaris operating systems, which can be executed in multiple web browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari), built with the Oracle Application Express Development Framework, using the PL / SQL language as its main component, through the SQL Developer tool for the integrated development environment and Oracle 12c Enterprise Edition as the database engine.
